Question:

Good afternoon, please see the below.

For clarification, the member was unable to register for the optienhance on her side. It was confirmed that she was using the proper link and chrome to do this registration.
They state the error they were receiving only shows a “T”.

I was able to register on chrome, with the link, with no errors.
Reporting this error in case in an attempt to avoid future issues.

I’m speaking with Keith (HR) and he said they are trying to register with that link on the Google Chrome browser.
The error message only shows “T”.
